Guarantee: All Items have a 1 year Warranty (RTB). You have 12 Month Warranty for all listings from date of shipping unless otherwise stated. We will only provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Important: Your warranty return P&P Costs are not refunded (RTB Warranty), the item will be return to you Free of Charge when confirmed faulty and replaced/repaired by the manufactures or there service agents during the warranty term.

Items reported Faulty or Dead On Arrival within 14 days of receipt can be returned at our expense for verification. Return carriage cost will be refunded to your PayPal account after warranty inspection/testing. Postage costs for any items reported faulty and returned after this period (up to a maximum of 14 days from receipt of item) must be paid for by the customer - RTB Warranty.

The handling of warranty returns will be processed fast if the item is returned in its original packaging and with a copy of the original PayPal payment packing slip you were sent with the item and your return address.

If an item is found Not to be faulty return P&P costs are payable before dispatch If you wish the item returned to you a return carriage fee will apply.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care,

negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours

and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under

warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be

charged for return shipping.

Warranty does not cover the following: negligence ,tampering,

accidental damage, thunderstorms, lighting and spilt liquids.

Be aware that third party software is used at own risk. Loading any

software other than the one originally on the items sold, will

automatically void your warranty.

Satfool Deals can’t and will not be held responsible for damage caused

by the use of unauthorized software and unauthorized changes to the

original shape and structure of goods sold. The return of the goods on

original packing, without any changes or alterations to the original

shape or form (unless otherwise authorized), with software as per when

purchase, is a must to start the warranty cover proceedings. Any

unauthorized changes to them void the warranty

We do not operate an advance replacement procedure, goods are sold within the terms of 'UK distance seller regulations' and do not accept responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer by faulty goods or late/lost delivery.
