Refund within 14 days of purchase if items are returned in the same amount and condition as received; please note that all postal costs, incurred by MBL and the customer, are non refundable.

We cannot cancel your purchase when:


-you return your product to a store without proof of purchase

-the warranty seal has been broken on any item


-there is phisicall damage to the goods


Return of Faulty Goods

The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 14 days of delivery.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. please check your insurance policys for relative cover
